get_config_vars() — returns the given loaded config variable value
Description
array get_config_vars(string varname);If no parameter is given, an array of all loaded config variables is returned.
Example 13.16. get_config_vars()

// get loaded config template var #foo#
$myVar = $smarty->get_config_vars('foo');
// get all loaded config template vars
$all_config_vars = $smarty->get_config_vars();
// take a look at them
print_r($all_config_vars);
?>

If the requested variable is not set, $smarty->get_config_vars('not_set') returns NULL.
