How does Smarty handle data or images submitted, from a form, to a MySQL database and also to a folder. I want to use PEAR HTML_Quickform and Smarty Form tool to create the forms, but they do not seem to provide any form handling. Is their a Smarty based form handler that allows for delivering the form element urls to a MySQL Table and/or the uploaded files to folders, as well as to email boxes and other files that require the form data?
