|
|
Well, my site is hosted with PHP/MySQL support on SunOS with Apache, but I have no permissions to modify CHMOD of directories (all set to 755) & files (644), so I'm getting "permission denied" in tries to compile templates.
Ok is to upload already compiled templates from local server (which runs on W2k, IIS5, PHP/MySQL), but what is in that case meaning of site's compiler?
Is there any solution without writing files? |

Hi Dejan:
Even if there was (and there isn't AFAIK), it would be useless, pointless and other adjectives that mean "who cares?". Get a better account and enjoy what Smarty can do. |

I think it would be a great feature if Smarty was able to 'compile' the templates tho. |
