|
|
Hello,
is it possible to get the end of a variable with the truncate function?
I.e.:
$var = "0100111";
{$var|truncate:4} {*Get the last 4*}
This should lead to the result: 0111 and not to 0100.
I know I can't use the truncate in the form it is above, but is there any way to do so?
Thank you so much in advance.

if you don't need the funky split-at-word-boundary-features of truncate you can do:
{$var|substr:-4}
(you can use any php-function as a modifier, which can be very useful)
