hi all,

maybe a stupid question...
(but I have big black hole in my mind at the moment =)

I have a template-set like: top, menu, bottom and main...
(or just have a look at: die.panzerkompanie.ch/cgi-bin =)

now, as soon as i fixed the menu problems - I want to show up an existing html file in the big blue rectangle after clicking on the menupoint...
if the user click's on another menupoint it will show the next html file in the blue rectangle....

do I have to add the smarty/php "frameset" to every html page I have?
or can I just load the html files in my index.tpl on the wished place (blue rectangle...

I know, sounds a little bit confusing, but I'm having a problem with the idea on how to use smarty for this =)

greetz & thnks

.Ralph

I think what you are looking for is the smarty, include function. It is in the smarty documentation...pretty straight forward
