Smarty

I have looked through many Smarty Applications and most of them that I have reviewed load a totally different set of Smarty Folders for the admin than the main application. Is there any problem with creating my PHP files for my admin in www.mysite.com/admin/user/admin.php files. Then creating templates/admin/superuser/admin.tpl and /admin/general_admin.tpl. Then use the main site's Smarty Libraries.

/cache
/configs
/includes
/libs
/admin/user/(php files for the admin)
/templates/admin/supersuer/(templates for superuser)
........................../general_admin/(templates for general admin)
/templates_c

Possibly could there be a security problem with this?
