Smarty

Even the "Smarty.class.php" file is in the same directory as the .php file containing the following code:

<?
require(’Smarty.class.php’);
$smarty = new Smarty;
?>

I get this error message:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_CLASS in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\PHPeditorProject\Smart-libs\SmartyTest.php on line 2

when I load it in my IE6 browser on WinXPpro.

It seem as the installation instruction about the path to edit is only for UNIX.

Could somebody help me to get it working ?
