Hello All,

I am running/testing Smarty on OSX, Apache 2 php 4.3.2 Its working fine except one small problem. The permissions on templates_c seem to be intermittent. We have these set to 777 however if I manually delete the contents of templates_c (trying to check a caching problem) Smarty cannot recreate them. Worse than that I have to delete the site and recreate from scratch via ftp upload and set the permissions, Smarty starts working.

Is anyone else using osx and seen the same issues ?
