Sorry to have to open this up again, maybe this should go in a new thread but I found a new error related to the <?xml declaration.

This time its related to the cache functionality, namely the eval in internal.template.php on line 369 (approx, i did some editing and can't exactly remember the original line)

The problem once again is that PHP goes bonkers when it sees a "<?" that has anything else than the word "php" after it.

I have thought about one workaround, and that is to treat "<?xml ... ?>" strings as no cacheable by default.

This has been fixed in the SVN. <?xml ... ?> is treated as nocache now.

Thanks for all your input and testing.
