When testing out the smarty alpha, it seems clear_compiled_tpl wants to wipe everything in the entire compile dir... which isn't the functionality of smarty 2.

In this instance my project is in svn but tested locally. The compile dir is versioned (compiled files aren't obviously) and clear_compiled_tpl tries to delete .svn folders.

Maybe smarty 2 did this but skipped directories?

Yeah, could see it causing trouble for people using svn. Of course in this instance smarty didn't have privileges for it, so it didn't matter Smile

The .svn folder is touched any longer.
