I try to run tikiwiki that uses smarty 2.6.0-RC1-cvs on the hosting 1and1.com.
I have strange comportments I suppose due to the php configuration. Some templates are not compiled, mainly (i think) the large templates. smarty stops in the _compile_source function when it calls require_once(Smarty_Compiler.class.php). So tiki displays only half of the page.
If I copy the compiled templates from another installation ( that works), smarty stops at in {include} instruction.
Are there some contraints about output_buffering size or some possible problems with php accelerators.

Can you retry with RC2? There were some several issues in RC1 (perhaps not related to your situation, though) which appear to have been corrected in RC2.
I don't mean to patronize, but if you upgrade, remember to clear your cache and compiled templates dir. |

| Tikiwiki CVS is now in 2.6.0-RC2. It changed nothing |
