plz help

i install Static page plugin 3.04 after install but show this error

Fatal error: Class 'rc_page' not found in /home2/cash4ash/public_html/Facebook/admin/admin_page.php on line 10

Rather, you should post problems in general section.

In this case, you are out of including yoru class: rc_page.
So, somewhere in the line, you cannot write something like:

$rc = new rc_page();

Make sure that you have included the rc_page class file earlier than calling this class.

That's right. You should open rc_page file and look at line 10.
