var_dump ( $smarty->is_cached ( 'test.tpl' ) ); // false
$smarty->assign ( 'content', $smarty->fetch ( 'test.tpl' ) );
$smarty->caching = false;

Unfortunately, $smarty->is_cached ( 'test.tpl' ) returns always false. But the cache file was created. I founded this file in the cache dir: 409638212.test.tpl.php
The same code works fine in Smarty 2. |

Ups
For some reasion I used in Smarty3 caching_lifetime instead of cache_lifetime.
I will correct this with the next SVN update. |
