Hi!
I wanted to know if there are any modules that allow customers (anyone who visits the website) to upload their products and SELL them , where the admin can charge commission on the sales???

Can anyone write the code?

Try auction sites; to upload your products: amazon, ebay, ...

But if you want to act as the admin yourself; you should think of some affiliate marketing tools like Jam/JROX - http://jam.jrox.com/ and there are several other tools. This software plugs into several e-commerce websites and allows users to sell their products or create affiliate links.

Bad thing is that most of their source code is not free and obfuscated.

Otherwise, you can think of creating a small shopping module.
You have to open a project and control the development, as if creating a fresh software for you.
