Simply upload the smarty files into your account and check on the install instructions for the needed permission & other settings: http://smarty.php.net/manual/en/installing.smarty.basic.php

learn php.
learn how to write files.
learn what permissions are.
learn what safe_mode is.
learn what absolute paths are.
configure smarty to use absolute paths not relative ones.

just as a starter....
