Is there a way to generate a variable amount of tags in the template? In other words, I have an array in the php file I'm using to peform the smarty assignments, how can I display a variable amount of these tags on the template page?

In template file, display

{$variable1}
{$variable2}
...
{$variablen}

nevermind, again I answered my own question by reading the docs. Both foreach and foreachelse do the trick.
