What is that malware is popping up on every forum login?
Is it stealing my passwords?

It isn't malware, it is a pop-under ad I'm testing for a month. It shows once on initial click. You can use a common blocker to keep it (and all ads) out of sight if you wish.

The problem is that it pops up when I submit login form data. Which does not induce trust. At all.

It doesn't matter, on which click it pops.
What matters is that it invokes mistrust and hesitation in the user upon experiencing such mischevious techniques.
Every self-respecting website stopped using all the pop-whatever techniques as inefficient and irritating to the user.
Only viral link-exchanging sites keep using it, because they aim to push maximum amount of crap per click into unsuspecting user, who accidentally visited their site.

Agree it is not a great user experience, and it won't be going beyond the test. But I can assure you it is just an ad.
