This is the error i get in 2.6.2. 2.6.0 works fine.
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in accountticket_admin.tpl line 2]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'assign' (core.load_plugins.php, line 118) in /usr/lib/php/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1102
In accountticket_admin.tpl :
{if !$write_access}
{assign var="readonly" value="readonly"} <----- this is line 2
{assign var="disabled" value="disabled"}
{/if}
In de tarball i cant find the file function.assign.phpn and the tarball is checked.
the file which matches nearly is compiler.assign.php, but this one can never be resolved bij de plugin loader i think. |

It can. Did you remove all files from templates_c and from cache after upgrade? |

Hi,
I get the same error:
Code: | Fatal error: Smarty error: [in Standard/index.tpl line 17]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'assign' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 551) in /usr/lib/php/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1102 |
I use smarty 2.6.2 in safe mode. It works if safe mode is disabled.
Why doesn't recognize smarty 'assign' when it's running in safe mode? |

Have you done the same as me ?
Cleared all compile dirs ?
It's clear to me now, that once you change a setting or upgrade from another smarty version, the compiled files usually don't fit the job anymore. |
