We're two developers working on a project and during that time we have made two sets of very userful plugins to be used within Smarty. The first one is a multiform plugin that makes it real easy to setup a form (or multiple ones) with unlimited different form objects of different types. Also error checking routines on the form object values are a part of this.

The second one is a base template framework plugin that let you work on templates based on a so-called base template. Meaning create a base template that sets your design etc and then only create sub-templates to be included in this. No need to have all your design code on every template you create anymore.

If there's someone interested in testing these two please let me know and i will mail you a copy of the source package.

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this.

I'd be interested... I use some very complex forms and have trouble updating all the relevant scripts when someone wants some changes made.

Very interested in your 'base template' stuff; was working on something similar I called master templates but it was getting a bit messy, so would love to compare.

Perhaps it would be more prudent to set up a page that requires email registration or something rather than having everyone here make individual requests and disclose their contact details.

Please give me your thoughts about these when you have tried them out. You are not allowed to spread the code or use it in any matter. It's for testing purposes only. If I find out that people are interested in me releasing it as Open Source (GPL) i will consider it. In the mean time be gentle Smile

This is a very temporary download URL. When/If it changes I will post the new link here.
