|
|
Problem:
I can validate a form using SV, but I'd like it to move into a new .php file and .tpl (to Google map the results and so on) when the line:
Code: |
if(SmartyValidate::is_valid($_POST)) {
// no errors, done with SmartyValidate
SmartyValidate::disconnect();
}
|
I can get either/or to occur; reload the original form upon an SV error, or move to the next .php/.tpl even though there is an SV error - by simply removing the <form action=something.php in the html tag. I've read this link: http://www.phpinsider.com/smarty-forum/viewtopic.php?t=11635&highlight=smartyvalidate and it would seem my answer is somewhere in the
Code: |
$smarty->assign($_POST);
|
world, but I'm not getting the picture. Can someone tell me if this is where my problem lies and direct me to something I can read up on.
Better yet, a hand-holding session would be greatly appreciated: (I'm dying here.)
Rick
