I try several way to use cycle with tag delimiter bu I count not get result

when I write

{cycle values=$champs delimiter=','}

It trigger error

Smarty: [in tplClass.tpl line 59]: syntax error: expecting '=' after attribute name 'delimiter' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1375)


My aim is to loop a table and to delimiter each value by ',' ecepting the last. It 's may be not the right funciton to do that
