Current html_image function have mistake.
ALT attribute is required at HTML 4.01 specification.

I propose to set default border attribute as "", because CSS rule IMG { border-width: 0px } make this attribute like rudimentary. By default, border attribute must be undefined.

Another proposition: add new attribute titleAsAlt, which set same title value as alt value.
