|
|
The following code
{strip}
($test} - test
{/strip}
returns
"test- test"
as output ($test is assigned "test").
Thus, the space between the variable and the hyphen seems to be considered as space at the beginning of the line and gets stripped, although {$test} is not empty and therefore the whitespace would be neither at the beginning of the line nor a multiple whitespace.
Is this a bug or a feature? ;-)
How else could I produce whitespaces after a variable within a strip area?
