DZoic Handshake is a paid software, and needs a valid license from the vendor.
My Experience:
I once did have some minor acquaintence with this tool, install it, use a license, activate it, and rul in our test server. But the client was unable to mange install on the server - so we did not attempt to work with this tool anymore for him.
