Customer Satisfaction in 7 Steps
I have found the below link useful for all of us:
http://www.sitepoint.com/print/satisfaction-7-steps/
The steps it describes are:
Code: | 1. Encourage Face-to-Face Dealings
2. Respond to Messages Promptly & Keep Your Clients Informed
3. Be Friendly and Approachable
4. Have a Clearly-Defined Customer Service Policy
5. Attention to Detail (also known as 'The Little Niceties')
6. Anticipate Your Client's Needs & Go Out Of Your Way to Help Them Out
7. Honor Your Promises |
I have found out this article useful for any development communities. Particularly, the world is growing with internet – majors the web applications. But many of us need to fight for the projects and keep the customers happy.
There is no clear relationship between Smarty and this article. But I see some kind of connection. During the website development process, no body cares how fine codes we write. But a customer is pleased to see nice slices, and sometimes the designs (if s/he did not give a mockup first).
However, we can not forget focusing in hidden parts of the development process, make your website look beautiful – this is where most of the new customers become happy with. And, Smarty contributes a lot in this process.
Write clean codes, and implement the designs faster. Use Smarty. This is my rule of website development process.
Send me your feedbacks on usefulness of this trick. |
