Hi!

Using Smarty3 r3498, xml declarations are mangled. In the tpl, I have
Quote:
<?xml version="1.0"?>

The generated xhtml then has this as first line:
Quote:
<?xml version="1.0"?<??>>
which is rendered as a single ">" at the beginning of the document by FF. Seems like a bug in Smarty to me.
Using
Quote:
{"<?xml version=\"1.0\"?>"}

works, but looks ugly.

A fix for this is in the SVN now.
