after using smarty for several years i decided to give v3 a shot.. upgraded last night w/o an issue. not sure if it's "production" ready, but who cares Wink

overall seems to be an improvement, although i really didn't run any before/after benchmarks, my browser at least indicates pages load a tad bit faster.

so anyway, to my original question: i already have APC installed (although development on APC seems practically dead/slow and not many updates to it) what "tweaks" can i use with smarty/apc to speed things up a bit more? i set apc.stat = 0 which helps a little.

just wondering what other stuff i can do (also looking for smarty 3 docs) if there is any out there.

edit: oops, i meant to post in the Smarty 3 discussion forum and not the development.. my apologies.

You should not change acp.stat to 0. Would disable the checking for changed scripts. It would also not load modified compiled templates and cache files.
