Hi,

Currently the scale of rating in survey is 1 to 5. But I want to add an extra option N/A. Now I have added an additional column in survey_render.inc. However the additional column doesn't display. Can anyone please let me know if survey_render.inc is the correct file I should be modifying or there are some other files I should change as well? Please help. Appreacited.
