Smarty

Hi there,
I hope someone to show me the right direction to solve a smarty issue.

Im using prestashop 1.3 for my shop and the smarty version
included is 2.6.20

Here is the link for some of the errors and the settings

One thing I already saw is that there is a back-slash after the compile which
I can't find the reason is there.
Any advice from where to start?

Edit: the line 1266 and 1259 is include($_smarty_compile_path)
