Zdravstvuite.
est' shablon, dopustim pages.tpl s ego pomosch'yu formiruyutsya str.
about.html, history.html i drugie. Esli vklyuchit' keshirovanie, keshiruetsya tol'ko 1 variant na vse str, chto v principe ponyatno.
kak sdelat' chtoby keshirovalis' vse varianty?

Для этого нужно использовать группы кэша.
Тоесть, каждой странице присвоить какой-нибудь уникальный айдишник в функции отображения шаблона.

$smarty->display('pages.tpl','about');
