{include file="module:testTemplate" nocache}
Using my own resource 'module' to retrieve templates generated from a file, database entry or php code the usage of nocache doesn’t affect the caching at all.
It still checks against the timestamp function which doesn’t work for php code, which generates random output, at all.
Does nocache only works with native file resource? |

The nocache itself does not affect how timestamps are handled.
It must be a problem in your resource 'module'.
Without seeing the source code it's hard to tell what happens. |

I thought that the nocache entry would force a compile without using a timestamp check.
How would I find out that nocache was set in {include}? |
