I am trying lot of stuffs , i learnt cakephp , yii its easy but when it comes to smarty i am unable to understand , can any one explain in simple terms .

how to install smarty in windows in xampp ,

crash course is also a bit difficult to digest

Smarty is not a MVC, it is a template engine.

Damn... Smarty only works with PHP and install windows in xampp <-- that's real SHIT!

Anyway, install XAMPP in windows is easy, just read here: http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html

What are you trying to say? If you can install PHP, you can use Smarty. XAMPP is just a bundle with PHP in it.
