I have a new Joomla site. I have successfully installed CiviCRM which uses Smarty for templates. I have used CiviCRM forums to resolve the issue, but it appears to be specific to Smarty, and not necessarily how they have integrated smarty.
I will make a post following this one so that I can post the errors (the errors include URLs, and I am a new user...) |

Here are some specs about my hosting environment and the error:

I have the same issue with one of my client on Parallel Plesk Server,
Basically its window base.
For this you need to update folder permission for templates_c directory.
-> Website and Domain menu
-> Click On File Manager link
-> Check for templates_c Folder Permission lock
-> Update it for all users.
Hope its help you out.
Thanks
