What to make to decide the acknowledgment below:

Looks like that the template_c folder has required permissions.

Call $smarty->testInstall(); to check your installation.

Hi all,

I checked the installation using $smarty->testInstall(); and everything looks fine but I'm still getting the same error.

Besides, it's working properly on my local server but getting the error on the web. All the folders have the access for reading and writing on the web server.

What could be the problem?
