Getting a warning using filemtime() in smarty_resource.php

Hello we are using the latest SVN version of Smarty and we getting lots of below messages, not sure of this is any problem:

Warning: filemtime() [<a href='function.filemtime'>function.filemtime</a>]: stat failed for D:\web\fusionticket\includes\template\web\custom\cart_view_block.tpl, D:\fusionticket\includes\libs\smarty3\sysplugins\smarty_resource.php @ 325

To remove them use: http://www.smarty.net/docs/en/api.mute.expected.errors.tpl
