Here is what I get. I am using the latest 2.03 xoops2 and 4.3.2 PHP and latest everything else as well. Seems kind of odd. But a general help would be cool. The site looks very informative and it will take a few days for me to read it all. But in the mean time if you can assist. I would appreciate it. Thanks

read the stickies in the installation forum. It sounds like a path related issue. On windows, in particular, you need to use absolute paths when assigning Smarty directories using 2.5.0.
