And if you want to learn. Keep your distance from Dreamweaver and other wysweg junk. I made that mistake and lost a lot off time understanding PHP.

Maybe the best thing to learn is to instal GNU/Linux from the beginning and start learning on that machine. Its ideal for experience and for learning.

If you learn Dreamweaver you only learn to push buttons. The prob. with that is when you realy want to do somthing you lose time because there arn't any buttons.
So take the hard way later it will become the easy way.
