Hello!

I' thinking about a global Error-Handling Modul for my PHP-project. There I use PEAR_Error...
There are 2 kinds of Errors I do not get until now.

1. PHP-Errors
2. Smarty-Errors.

To get PHP-Errors I will use set_error_handler () function. But what about Smarty Errors? Is it right that smarty uses trigger_error, so I can catch these errors with the same Error-Handling-Function like the PHP-Errors?

Or will I loose information if I do this?

But I do not want that errors are displayed to everybody. I log my errors and take a look to my logfiles if I have a problem.

regards
Andreas
