I am looking for freelancer/contractors suitable/willing to help undertake some upcoming projects in ecommerce. Projects are based out of inner-east suburb and will be mainly integrating frontend websites to a proprietory commerce application.

Freelancer/Contractors should include the following information:
- Availability and any other current/upcoming commitments
- Hourly/Daily Rate
- Commercial Experience (Link to example work, explaination of involvement)
- Outline of their skills relevant to Web development (mainly front end View, also keeping in mind to mention other relevant skills relating to Web Development in general)

I am looking for:
- Highly Competent Smarty skills
- Competent/Highly Competent XHTML/CSS (2)
- Sound PHP Experience (Working with datastructures in frontend, extending plugins if required, OO in PHP)

Additional knowledge in MVC methodology a big bonus. Any experience with CVS and PHP Eclipse again a bonus.
