Smarty

Hey all,

I developed my TPL and PHP files locally and everything was working fine.. But when I uploaded them and tested them on the server, I got this error:

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read template resource: "../../clientaccess/clientaccess.tpl" in /var/www/html/includes/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1042

The file structure is exactly the same on the server and my local box. The only difference is I'm running PHP 4.3.2 locally and the server has PHP 4.2.2...

Anyone know what this could be due to?

Did you remember to clear out the cache and templates_c directories?

Seems a bit the same to my problem.

when i use the construction to find the template bij $template_dir something are ok some not.

So i would suggest to fill in the complete path to the template file.

Thanks for the replies!

What is was, is, Safe Mode was set to ON, and I wasn't putting the TPL files in the template folder, so Smarty didn't know where to look for them.
