I didn't create instances! I will keep learning OOP! Is it always so hard at the beginning with OOP?

Why does it work this way? Where is __constructor? If I use __constructor I should create an instance?

I think no. I just used the above example and then:

Template::assign('var', $var);

When I used the initial example (with my first post) everything worked fine when I used Template::assign('var', ...

Hello. I'm really enjoin using Smarty and don't see better way to separate presentation and logic.

I' fairly new to OOP and borrowed the following class to make Smarty work like:
