|
|
We use Netobjects Fusion ver 7 to develope our websites, then modify them with php to integrate with our DB. I just installed Smarty and I created and tried the basic Smarty demo files and they work fine.
I tried using Smarty on my first page (index.html) and immediatly received the following error:
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in index.html line 9]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 403) in c:\apache\htdocs\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1102
Line 9 in index.html is:
<SCRIPT>
<!-- line 8
function F_loadRollover(){} function F_roll(){} line 9
//--> line 10
</SCRIPT>
Can anyone help with this? |

In my eagerness to learn I didn't read the manual properly. I found the answer to the problem just before you sent me the reply. It worked!
I can see how using a template could make my life easier. Now, all I have to do is learn the rest of smarty.
Thank You. |
