Hi there,
i made a free content management system that is powered on the smarty template engine.
I used smarty because i think it is very easy to use and if other people download the CMS they can also use it without having to learn php.

out of curiousity, did you create the graphics for the site? (the news box jpg graphics for instance).. or are they public domain somewhere?

I didnt make the icons and stuff, we created the smartsitemanager box for example. But we are still developing the system and im the one who does the php and i made the layout but it will be replaced by one that is made by someone else.
