I want to update my framework with newest Smarty. Previous version is 2.6.0 . From now on I want to update to 2.6.11.

However after I overwrited my older version with 2.6.11,my programs can't work.I found that if I change the original relative path to absolute path.it can work.

how to use relative path in 2.6.11?

Hi joey.

Maybe this solution will work for you: http://www.phpinsider.com/smarty-forum/viewtopic.php?t=5985

Unless you mean the actual template (file="..") calls. If so, messju explains that change in behaviour here: http://www.phpinsider.com/smarty-forum/viewtopic.php?t=4725
