Hi,
It would be great if the documentation for set_page could be updated. It currently says:
Quote: | When doing multi-page forms, this value must be set proir to drawing each page. Each validator must have a page="1" attribute for the given page. |
This is wrong (or at the very least, misleading) and I just wasted a few hours tonight figuring that out the hard way. This would be a much better way of putting it:
Quote: | When creating multi-page forms, you must call SmartyValidate::set_page the FIRST TIME you display a new page. Calling set_page again will cause the validator to reinitialise that page. |
I also don't see anything actually using the page parameter on the Smarty validate function. It doesn't harm anything to have it there, but is it really required?
