Ello,

I want to know how I can go about running php tags in a string that contains html too? I have looked through the smarty system and I think I have missed it. I am building my own system which includes smarty for parts but not for my db side.

Thanks so much for the help!

{php} tags should be avoided whenever possible. Best solution is to write is to write a function plugin. See documentation for details.
