Cause in previous version of smarty, i always copy the libs/ into somewhere and rename it to smarty/. And then i could do include smarty/Smarty.class.php to use it without any document files or README...
So i do it in smarty3, but i found modifier.string_format is in another directory......
Then i copied all files but found it is about 37.8MB cause it include documents...i need to delete them by hand...

Sad

all you need is /libs/ and /plugins/ directories from smarty 3. The location of the plugins dir may change before it leaves alpha.

Yeah that's right. All what you will need to run Smarty is now in the distributions folder.
