Hi everyone,
I'm curious, since 2013 there was discussion of Smarty 3.2 coming out, with possible namespace support. I wonder what is going on in this department? Has the 3.2 and/or Namespace support been abandoned?
From my perspective Smarty is quite mature, but lacking Namespace support makes it very tough to use newer libraries without constantly assigning namespaced classes to non-namespaced ones. |
