|
|
Hi, I use the strip command at various times, it is quite useful to reduce long HTML code into one long paragraph (if Ive confirmed it is 100% correct - I can then concentrate on my other HTML code to debug any issues. )
Q1. I guess the strip command cant be used on JavaScript - or any code with comments ?(I usually leave JavaScript as it is, or use LITERAL.
Q2. I am wondering - is there another Smarty command that will remove blank lines, but will not make it into one long paragraph.
IE so i can reduce the vertical display of any html source code, but if i have a code on a 2nd/3rd line etc it will keep it on the new line - but remove any blank lines.
is there such an option ? |
