I have a problem with the template. I'm trying to get more points in Google Page Speed Insight but I've stopped at new generation image formats. I have a script to generate webp files. The script probably works well. It always saves the webp file. A smarty template does not display these images.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Smarty template can't "display" anything - browsers do.
Given unnecessary amount of random keywords in your post, locking topic for safety.
